Getting a process industry digitized to online



There are times when you are in dire urgency to have an assignment or your project completion, your computer, your storage devices crashes. What could you do then? You neither could wait to get the reinstallation or either the data recovery is possible. There is no way to go. Well there is a definite solution to all these insurmountable problems; you could simply start storing all of your data on the cloud or on internet storage sites. Since past two years most of the multinational companies and information technology providers are switching all their database management system and information storage over the internet or cloud computing engines. 

While switching form a conventional different console the management of the companies shall segregate between the roles and responsibility of the employee. In some of the IT companies it is restricted to use extranet sites and any other social networking sites to avoid data theft and phishing and avoid accidental sharing of company documents and sensitive information at any level. The collaboration software suites provide various facilities to the companies within a secure private online portal such as organizing common files and folders or financial document management, customer resource management, merger and attainment deals, calendars, discussion forums and chat boxes to avoid extra time over the tiresome meetings, task trackers and timeline preparatory templates, and dashboard to view across all collaborations so that none of your clients are missed out. All these software provide a privately owned screen-board, depending on the GUI that is optimal for all the employees and match them with the global standards or sometimes customized solutions as per the process or industry need. In all these software one can decide the admin controls, design of a private window or screens, watermarks on the documents, website content management etc. 

The two biggest advantage of having online data is ease of accessibility and no data loss and crisis management is also better resolved that enables smooth process flow and stopping any inhibitions made due to personal or human errors and behavioral issues. It helps in making a company more intact and progressive in real time world.
